Shipping & Delivery

Processing time

Orders are processed and made ready to ship within 2–5 business days. Every bracelet is packed with its message card and gift box before it leaves, so please allow the full window during busy periods like Mother's Day, Father's Day, and the holidays.

Delivery estimates

Orders ship from the United States. Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Any other shipping options and their rates are shown at checkout based on your address.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after the first scan. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email hello@truefinds.co and we'll look into it.

Multiple shipments

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each package.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows delivered and you can't find the package, check with neighbors, building management, and anywhere a carrier might have left it, then wait one business day. Still missing? Email us with your order number. Depending on the situation we'll send a replacement, issue store credit, or refund the order.

Wrong or incomplete address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address until the order ships, but we can't redirect a package once it's with the carrier. Orders returned to us for an undeliverable address can be reshipped for the cost of postage.

International orders

Where international shipping is offered, rates and options appear at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
